REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY U.S. 

All sales are final due to limited quantities. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, and no changes can be made once an order is placed. You accept these terms by making a purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us at verynicemgmt@gmail.com — in such cases a replacement or exchange may be offered at our sole discretion, subject to inventory availability.

Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. We do not provide specific sizing recommendations; it is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size.

Where an exchange or return is approved by us, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Additional shipping costs are not compensated. Return labels can only be provided for U.S. addresses. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer will result in a 35% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for processing. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. U.S. orders over $55 ship free; orders under $55 and all international orders are charged live carrier-calculated rates (UPS/USPS domestic, USPS international) shown at checkout. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer will result in a 35% restocking fee.

3D Printed Items Policy

At Verynicethebrand, each 3D printed item is carefully produced and quality-checked before shipment. Due to the nature of 3D printed products, please review our policy below before purchasing.

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

All 3D printed item sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Broken Items

Verynicethebrand is not responsible or liable for items that are broken, damaged, or altered due to user error, misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, or exposure to extreme heat or force.

If an item is damaged after delivery due to user error, a replacement item may be purchased based on product availability.

Replacement Requests

In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, a replacement item may be offered depending on current inventory and production availability. Replacement items are not guaranteed.

Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview
By purchasing the Elite VN — VeryNiceYGO Membership (“Membership”), you agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Membership grants the benefits described below for the duration specified on your membership card.

2. Membership Term and Renewal
- Standard term: 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Membership expires at 11:59 PM (your local time) on the date shown on the card.
- Membership is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by VeryNiceYGO.
- Auto-renewal: membership does not auto-renew.

3. Membership Card and Unique Code
- New members receive a black acrylic laser-engraved membership card showing member name, purchase date, and expiration date.
- Upon purchase a unique membership code will be generated for checkout. This code must be entered at time of purchase to receive member discounts and perks.
- Do not share your unique code. VeryNiceYGO reserves the right to suspend or cancel codes suspected of being shared or abused.

4. Perks and Redemption
- 50% off VeryNiceYGO merchandise for one year from date of purchase. Discount applies to eligible merchandise only and is applied at checkout when using your unique code.
- Members may request merchandise ideas and Field Center design submissions to enter the brand design pipeline. Submission does not guarantee production.
- Members receive free deck press replacements: replacement of spinner components or the entire unit if damaged (see Replacement Policy, section 5).
- Members are limited to purchasing one (1) of the same limited-item per drop using their membership code to ensure fair access for other customers. Bundles or multi-item product listings may be treated as a single eligible product at VeryNiceYGO’s discretion.

5. Replacement Policy (Deck Press)
- Free replacements are limited to situations where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or becomes inoperable through normal use. Cosmetic wear from regular use is not covered.
- Replacement limit: one (1) free replacement per 12-month membership period unless otherwise approved by VeryNiceYGO.
- Members must provide proof of damage (photos/videos) and order information. VeryNiceYGO reserves the right to inspect returns and determine eligibility.
- Shipping for replacements: standard domestic shipping is free. Expedited or international shipping may incur fees paid by the member.

6. Shipping, Fees, and Taxes
- Member discount applies to product price only; taxes, shipping, and handling fees may still apply.
- Shipping times vary by destination. VeryNiceYGO is not liable for carrier delays beyond control.
- International customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.

7. Support and Communications
- Members receive access to priority support via [support email/Discord link/portal]. VeryNiceYGO aims to respond to member inquiries within 48 business hours.
- Members will receive transactional and service-related messages. Marketing communications are optional and may be opted out via account settings or unsubscribe links.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
- Membership fees are non-refundable after membership card has been made and shipped. 

- Perk usage prior to cancellation does not entitle members to partial refunds.
- Memberships are not transferable without prior written approval by VeryNiceYGO.

9. Fair Use and Anti-Abuse
- VeryNiceYGO reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel membership and associated codes if it suspects abuse, fraud, reselling for commercial gain against program intent, or other violations of these Terms.
- Enforcement actions may include cancellation of pending orders, revocation of discounts, and account suspension.

10. Changes to Perks and Terms
- VeryNiceYGO may modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits or these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email on file at least 14 days prior to the change where practicable.
- Continued use of membership after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Privacy
- Member personal information submitted for membership (name, email, shipping address) will be used in accordance with VeryNiceYGO’s Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to storage and use of your data for membership administration and communications.

12. Liability
- Except where prohibited by law, VeryNiceYGO’s liability for membership-related claims is limited to the membership fee paid. VeryNiceYGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VeryNiceYGO is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
